The idea for eoffice-online was initiated by Diane Howells in 2003 based on her need to maintain a professional operation and allow for the online registration of 3,000 students a year in her motorcycle school. She credits this software for maintaining her company's status as the largest motorcycle school in New York State for the last seven years (10,000 alumni), while cutting her office tasks by automating the business.
It all began with her customers requesting online registrations, the need to reduce staff processing errors, and instructors wanting to view their schedules online at home, rather than having to make constant phone calls for teaching information. eoffice-online has created a centralized office located online.
The benefits have been clear: customers are happy with the online convenience-currently, 85% of our customers register online. Freed from the extra burden of taking student information, her staff is more courteous and attentive on the phone.
